Kragujevac

Harmony Homes is a modern residential complex in Kragujevac, located between Gavrila Principa and Daničićeva streets. The development consists of two buildings featuring 86 apartments, a commercial unit, and dedicated green spaces designed for family-oriented living.

To ensure convenience for residents and visitors, the project includes extensive parking facilities, featuring a secure underground garage and accessible parking spaces. With its contemporary architecture and practical layouts, Harmony Homes balances urban functionality with high-quality, modern comfort.

Old City Residence

Kragujevac

Old City Residence is a landmark mixed-use development planned for a prime location in Kragujevac. Scheduled to break ground in late 2026, the project combines modern architecture with long-term value, creating a vibrant environment for contemporary lifestyles and businesses.

The development will feature 169 residential units, multiple commercial spaces, and 222 garage parking spaces distributed across two underground levels to ensure maximum convenience for future residents and visitors.

Stari Mlin

Kragujevac

Developed by Perose Real Estate at Dr Jovana Ristića 170 in Kragujevac, Stari Mlin is a contemporary mixed-use complex built on the historic site of the city's former mill. The development currently features two buildings under construction with 34 apartments, two commercial spaces, and 42 parking spots. A planned third building, currently in the design phase, will add an underground garage and 12 more residential units.

Scheduled for completion in late 2027, the project blends local heritage with modern architecture to deliver high-quality urban living and long-term value.

Red Cross Center

Kragujevac

Developed in cooperation with the City Red Cross Organization, the new Red Cross Center in Kragujevac replaces outdated facilities with a modern, functional space. Located at Vojvode Putnika 4 and Luja Pastera Street, the 1,198 m² fully accessible development includes the reconstruction and expansion of the existing building.

The new hub will feature modern offices, a public kitchen, spaces for humanitarian programs, and dedicated areas for volunteer training, strengthening the organization's capacity to serve the local community.
